Chicken and Mushroom Risotto
Easy to make, creamy chicken and mushroom risotto. Made with Arborio rice and porcini mushrooms make this a family favourite. Ready in around 25 minutes. Serves 3 main meal portions or 4+ when served with salad or crusty bread.

Ingredients: Arborio rice, porcini mushrooms, chicken stock, vegetable bouillon, thyme, parsley, garlic and pepper
To make: Place the packet contents in a pan with 2¼ pints of water. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring regularly. Serve when all liquid has been absorbed into the rice. Season to taste. Serve with bread and/or salad. Serves 4
