Chicken Noodle Soup
A favourite all year around…especially when you’re feeling under the weather!
Extremely tasty, with broken Vermicelli pasta and dried vegetables. Add chicken or enjoy on its own. Serves 4+

Ingredients include: Vermicelli pasta (Durum wheat semolina, water), rice, dried carrots and courgettes, chicken stock (salt, modified maize starch, natural flavourings, yeast extract (yeast extract salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)), Onion powder, sugar, rapeseed oil, spice extract, turmeric and parsley), vegetable bouillon (Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavouring, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Spinach Powder, Onion Powder, Spice Extract, Nutmeg, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid)), dried carrot, dried onion, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, bay leaf.

To make: Add packet to pan with 2½ pints of water. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 30-40 mins. Add more water as required. Remove bay leaf before eating. Add cooked chicken if required. Season to taste. Serves 4+
