Ingredients: Flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cocoa powder, “Terrys Cholate Orange” pieces, choc chips, salt.
To make: Mix together 3 large eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 2/3rds cup vegetable oil. Preheat oven to 180 c. Add packet contents to wet ingredients and mix well. Spread evenly in a greaseproof-lined baking tray, approx. 9” square. Bake 25-30 mins. Cool on wire rack, before cutting into squares.
