Country Vegetable Soup
This is one for the basic veg soup lover… feel free to add more veg or even some meat when you’re cooking (but then its not veg soup) its a good base for most things and a great taste. Serves 4+
Ingredients: pasta, pearl barley, split peas, rice, vegetable bouillon, dried onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
Allergens: wheat, gluten
To Make: Add packet to pan with 2.5 pints water. Peel/slice 1 carrot and 1 stick celery. Bring to boil. Simmer 60 mins. Add more water as required. Can add cooked chicken/beef, shredded cabbage and 1 tin chopped tomatoes. Serves 4+
