To make: Remove the foil covered mini eggs from the top of the packet. Melt the plain chocolate chips with 100g of butter, mix in the dry ingredients and press into a lined tray/dish. Score the mix into 12 pieces and place a foil covered mini egg in the top of each one. Place in the fridge until set.
