Mediterranean Stew


Tasty Mediterranean Stew made with a blend of basil, herbs, grains and spices.

Serves 4+

Just add chicken, lamb, beef or vegetables. Works well in a slow cooker too!

Ingredients include: rice, split peas, red lentils, barley, vegetable bouillon (Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavouring, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Spinach Powder, Onion Powder, Spice Extract, Nutmeg, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid)), garlic, Italian herbs, basil, salt and pepper.

Allergens: in bold

To make: Add packet to the pan with 2½ pints of water with chopped and sliced carrot and celery and bring to the boil. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add extra water as required. Can add cooked chicken/beef or extra veg etc. Can be slow cooked. Season to taste. Serves 4+
