Thai Coconut Soup


Peanut free satay spices and coconut are combined to provide a soup that is incredibly flavoursome leaving a tasty, warm sensation.


Ingredients: Coconut Milk powder (coconut extract (80% max) hydrolysed starch dairy milk protein (emulsifier) and E341 tri-calcium phosphate (acidity regulator)), rice, chicken stock (salt, modified maize starch, natural flavourings, yeast extract (yeast extract salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)), Onion powder, sugar, rapeseed oil, spice extract, turmeric and parsley), dried red peppers, satay mix (demerara sugar, dried glucose syrup, yeast extract, salt, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, chilli flakes, chilli powder, turmeric, ginger), dried porcini mushrooms, onion, dried leeks, cornflour, garlic, ginger, basil, soft brown sugar, smoked paprika

Allergens: in bold

To make: Add 2¼ pints of cold water, empty packet contents into the water and stir. (Optional extras, can add a good handful of frozen peas and/or soy sauce to taste). Bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer for around 25-30 minutes, add an extra half pint of water as required, stir regularly until the rice is cooked. Serve and enjoy!
