Turkey and Cranberry Risotto


Super delicious risotto that you could have on its own and also add your left over Christmas turkey to. Meal for 4 in half an hour. Super Simple!




How to make-
Place the packet contents in a pan with 2¼ pints of water. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes stirring regularly. Serve when all liquid has been absorbed into the rice. Add cooked turkey and serve with optional salad and crusty bread.
Serves 4

Ingredients- arborio rice, cranberries (sugar, sunflower oil), turkey stock (water, turkey), flavourings, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extract, rapeseed oil, chicken fat, herb extracts.),  onion, leek, bayleaf, garlic, rosemary, parsley, black pepper .
